Nice collection, while I like the look of the IWC its far too big for my tastes and I have always thought the Patek looks better on a rubber strap. The Panerai however is my favorite from that little group.
Bit bored on a Sunday so thought I would get the watches out and have a play / take some pics on my iPhone.
I have managed to get my collection to a respectable 6 watches now. However I probably only wear 3 of them regularly, but in most instances I find myself reaching for my SD as it just feels right if that makes any sense..?
Anyway here is a group shot:
IWC 5001-09
PP Aquanaut
PAM513
SD Triple 6 Matte Dial 1983 (birth year)
Rolex Oyster Bubbleback c.1950s
JLC
Looking to add maybe one more to the collection probably of the vintage variety, then I might be content.... or not

I don't blame you for always reaching for the SD, that's a stunner!
I find 42mm is the largest case size that I can get away with, which the IWC and Pam are. The IWC is so light and comfortable on the wrist (due to the oversized crystal case back), it doesn't actually feel that large on the wrist. I would recommend trying one on to see the fit as I was quite surprised by it
I take your point about the PP - I have the rubber strap, but never bothered putting it on. Think it might be time to try it out!
Nice line up Andy!
I remember you trying on my SD and being worried it was too big. Told you it wasn't :)
42mm! it always appears larger than the IWC chronograph, perhaps its the thickness of the case. I will take your advice and have a look at the 7 day power reserve again as much as I liked it, it just appeared too big to wear comfortably.
Lovely collection with some real classics, I think the Panerai would be the day to day watch though I just like the simplicity of it and at 42mm a great size too.
Whats the next vintage you are thinking of?
Lovely collection. I don't blame you reaching for the 666 matt dial - it looks the perfect SD and v. nice example. Make me want to dig out my gloss dial version for a spin this week - I keep reaching for my 116600.
Nice spread of watches there .... I'd take the IWC probably ... but no Speedy or G-shock?

An enviable collection but where is the Speedy?!
I'll take the Pam and triple 6 thank you.
The rest aint bad either.
The IWC would be the pick for me...out of interest which three get worn regularly?
Nice collection... The Panerai is rather fetching!
Nice set of high rollers, mine are all budget, but many to choose from!
my present state of the collection
Indeed, lovely collection, good variety. Am going to echo "PP on rubber" (that sounds a big naughty ?) especially since you already have two watches on bracelet.
For me the favourites are the Seadweller and the Aquanaut, but have to say I really like the IWC and the Pam as well even though I am usually not a big fan of neither brands.
I think it's safe to say your done....very nice!
Diverse & tastefull, very nice collection!
Nice collection of watches. Varied too, I like!
I'm really liking the vintage SD as well. Very nice collection!
Nice collection. I'm jealous, especially of the SD!
Thanks for all the nice comments guys
Couple of things I will take away from them
1 rubber strap on the aquanaut
2 never sell me SD
Cheers

I am not a Panerai fan, but that is peachy!
That's a nice collection you have there Andy, well chosen!
I think a vintage chronograph would make a nice addition indeed. Maybe an issued chronograph?
