WWW Cyma - Service recommendations please

I wanted to ask for some advice.
I mostly use Rocco at Watchworks for servicing, but he is not touching vintage stuff these days. Too busy with newer and brand-qualified stuff.

And I have just got myself a WWW Cyma, which is lovely.
It is presently a non-runner (after 5 secs), but the balance is free and everything looks fine, so I am hoping a good clean and service will help massively.
As an option, one of the lume dots has also disappeared (possibly what is stopping the movement from running on?), and a sympathetic, colour-matched replacmeent might be wanted.
The crystal is worn but looks great, so I would rather keep everything else as original.
Does anyone know any particular watchmaker that does a lot with WWWs, or does such a thing not exist?
WRT the lume, I'd be happy for the watchmaker to do it, or I know James would also do a great job.
