A pretty comprehensive list of brands on wiki (though I've no idea how accurate):

In effect, yes, but originally a brand of La Joux Perret's creation.
Graham belongs to La Joux Perret.
Hardly worth quibbling over a minor point – still part of the CH group.
Also a point of clarification from another member's post, earlier – Glycine and Maurice LaCroix are owned by DKSH Holdings, who have plans to sell them off, along with their stake in the joint-venture with Davidoff watches.
Interesting read. Not sure how I feel about this. I realised that some companies fell under larger owners but it makes some of their claims of heritage seem disingenuous. How in house is something when the parent company can provide assistance and developments?
Anyway, thanks for posting.

You need to up your googling game. They are literally the first search results when you google Timex and the name of those brands
LE : Although the Gevril website claims that they own them as well

The only thing I could find on the Gevril Group website is 'Gevril Group is the sole US and Caribbean agent for Ferragamo Timepieces'. (the same for the other brands mentioned), so my guess would be that they are some sort of distributors for the brands in the US and Caribbean and don't actually own them?
Once everyone is happy as to which group owns which company/name/brand...who will keep it up to date? Cf the TF watches owners lists.
Sorry to be/sound negative...it's an interesting exercise. I'm one of those that hate to see members' contributions and a useful information source allowed to become outdated by the passage of time.
And...no, I'm not volunteering for the job.
I didn't see any mention of the Jenny family, owners of the DOXA and Jenny brands. Also Laco, which is an independent.
Oh, and Squale who I believe is an independent.
Titoni are still independent and also in the top 10 of chronometer producers.
You should add Mühle Glashütte to the independents.
And it would be great if all updates could be added to the very first post...
Dubey & Schaldenbrand don't seem to have been mentioned above.
