Nero Lemania stowatch

Hi all. Looking for some insight please. Seen lots of posts and pics on Lemania stopwatches; wondering if you can help me I.D mine (doesn't seem up be recognisable ID on back. It only reads "BC 78". Can't seem to open back (seen pics in this forum where people are able to)

Sure that's not BBC and with some more numerals??? Or a lot more.

Lemania made stopwtches for the BBC (as in for TV and radio), the GPO (Post office) and numerous other companies and organisations.

Nero Lemania seemed to be their commercial timing division.

But, we're really not going to be able to help at all until you load up a photo or two, so that we can see what we're identifying. So take a photo or two, load it onto a photo hosting site (photobucket or wherever), and link it to a post on this thread.

Yep, probably used for time and motion or other applications and belonged to a company (British Cables?) or just a company which used BC as an internal reference.

I have one of these and it has an engraving on the back that gives not a clue as to where it might have been used.

Mine has 'BBC 4692' stamped on the back. It was a BBC issued timer.
