Mushrooms - can't stand them..
What food turns your stomach?
Anything you couldn't possibly put in your mouth?
Chewy, tasteless or stinky what do you hate the most?
Mushrooms - can't stand them..
Absolutely hate:
- coconut
- pineapple
- banana
- sweet potatoes
- oatmeal
- tea
Celery. I mean, what is the point?
Blue cheese is pretty much the only thing I won't touch under any circumstance, even when cooked in something.
I choose to avoid tea, coffee and many dairy products however
Fermented soybeans.
Not much, however boiled, poached or fried eggs make me feel rather nauseous. But if the white and yolk is mixed, as in an omelette or scrambled, then it's fine.
Smoked Salmon unless it is hot smoked, Think it's a texture thing.
Aniseed and anything that tastes like it.
lemonade
omlettes
couscous
hot tomatoes
celery
those winter mixture boiled sweet things
Milk and cream, can't stand to get it on my skin yet alone drink it. I like yoghurt though strangely.
I honestly cannot think of a single food that I hate
Mushroom, fish / seafood, raw tomatoes, blue cheese.
Can't abide cheap white bread and cheap teabags. Tolerate milk.

Anything made out of goat, goats should not be part of our food chain.
Wow! There are some what I thought were 'normal' foods that people hate.
Blue cheese seems a big no no but I love it especially with port.
I HATE with a passion any animal fat...pork,beef oooo I'm going!

Offal
Fatty meats
Insects may be the way forward for feeding the world but hopefully I'll be in my box before that happens.
I'll eat pretty much anything else
Tinned tuna. Blurgh.
Cheese, unless its on pizza or grilled sandwich. Milk, but I do use it for cooking???
Strange ways!
When i say i hate the following i will eat them, really don't like them but any port in a storm!! :-)
Broccoli
Salmon - smoked, cured, fried, bbq'd, fried, boiled its all not good
offal - as salmon
Apart from that i'll have a bash at pretty much anything.
Bone marrow.
I've eaten it, but never again.
Any kind of beans except for baked beans in tomato sauce. Will never go to Mexico.
Offal
Any fat on meat
Pineapple
Mango
Oysters
I was a particularly unfussy child, the only thing back then that I
would refuse was butter beans!! I could eat them now if they were
on the plate but I would take no pleasure in doing so
Marmite, the thing is I've never tried it but the wife loves it,but why would you want to put that sticky goo in your mouth,no thanks
Meat of any kind
Eggs (unless as an ingredient ie cakes - just cant stand them on their own, boiled, fried or whatever)
Tapioca
Yogurt (cant bear the texture)
Most soups (as above)
Soft banana's
Currants in any form. I didn't like them when I was a little kid, they caused a mild but unpleasant burning sensation in my mouth. I also disliked all hot drinks. I was forced to drink hot black currant juice several times when I was sick. Put me off currants for life.
Black pudding, the smell when its cooked is awful 😷
Pineapple.
Oh oh and things like Duck A L'Orange.
Too sweet.
Just give me the duck!
Offal, good call, why would you?
No one's mentioned the worst taste known to man... Sprouts!
Pineapple and offal are also up there :-)
Egg white
Beetroot
I'm not so keen on sprouts but anything else is fair game!
Aubergines and anchovies spring to mind.
Dates. They make me want to retch - I don't know why.
Andouillette. My wife loves it (she is from Lyon), to me it's the most disgusting thing ever, even smells absolutely foul.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Andouillette
Otherwise not too many things I can't at least tolerate.
I hate anything containing horseradish or wasabi. Also hate english mustard and italian fruit mustard, but for some reason like Dijon mustard.
Also cannot eat organs, and can't stand celery, cucumber and onions if raw.

Cucumber or mouldy stinky cheese
Liver and sprouts both make me heave
Shellfish. Anything that didn't have a backbone when it was alive.
Meat that isn't well-cooked, that is: it shouldn't be bleeding on my plate.
Blue cheese. Any strong cheese. Makes me nauseous.
Caraway seeds. Horrid flavour.
Tomato ketchup
pickles (all kinds)
brown sauce
tartar sauce
cocktail sauce
all salad dressings - in fact anything with vinegar - disgusting.
Suet
Bernard Mathews anything.
Indian Curries
Cadbury's chocolate
Pears
Anything that combines cheese with eggs.
And small portions
Whoever does not know how to hit the nail on the head should be asked not to hit it at all.
Friedrich Nietzsche
Aubergine and courgette due to the texture.
Lamb and tongue - no, no, no.
Milk and tea for the smell - I could heave just thinking about drinking a glass of either.
blue cheese - just wrong.
Not really anything I hate. Interestingly, several things I wouldn't eat as a child (e.g. olives and tonic) I quite like now. Things I avoid eating:
Eggs (on their own I eat them in pasta, rice and as an ingredient)
Mushrooms (again on their own but I will have them in soup)
Some shellfish
Large amounts of fat on meat
Interestingly all of these are related to their texture (rubbery/a little slimy) rather than their actual taste!
There's nowt as weird ad folk
