I note that out of his 16 purchases of random crap, he has never once bothered to leave feedback for anyone else, and that would put me off any entering into any kind of transaction even at 1/100th of the value of this one.

Totally unsure of ebay and paypal protection nowadays you read of so many scams and having been the victim of 1 or 2 years ago (luckily i got my money back) i'm always wary. I did read once someone bought a watch of ebay then when it was delivered it was just a crappy old broken watch and nothing like the one they thought they were getting, but because the seller had provided tracking then paypal sided with the seller!
its fake, something up with the dial text, especially the zero's, they look ropey
I'm sure as long as you used PayPal it would be ok, even with it being a foreign transaction. If it's kosher it's a bargain, but it looks like the old saying, if it's too good to be true it probaly is

Having said that, if it was genuine then why is the seller pricing it so low? Any reputable Dealer would offer more than that without the hassle and fees of eBay
