Hopefully this has some relevance as a 30s 40s example of Smiths clock making....
I have this old Sectric. Clearly with the dial as it is the clock has no monetary value, but it belonged to my parents and I like the looks. Should I try and get the innards services or replaced with a battery Quartz movement? Obviously not ideal to have to plug a clock in... Any ideas?
