I'll happily donate again Dave. Please put my name down. Great gesture again by yourself. Well done that Man!
Please add me to the list.

Count me in...happy to support you and your efforts for Nepal.
Please count me in and well done for doing this
Count me in too
Incredibly generous - count me in for £50 please
Selfless acts such as this deserve support whenever possible, so I’m in.

Ignorance breeds Fear. Fear breeds Hatred. Hatred breeds Ignorance. Break the chain.
Wow, I've just seen this thread, and you're already over halfway to target, great effort! Put me down for 2 entries into this great cause.
Steve.
Fabulous gesture - put me down for 2 please, and let me know your preferred option for the charity.
Scott
It's just a matter of time...
Please add me also.
Dave, many thanks for the life lesson. I feel humbled by your generosity.
Please count me in with 13 tickets. There's a bit of a story to this - I received the equivalent amount of money for an activity that I intended to deploy pro-bono. I decided hence that it has to be donated for a good cause. This feels like the right occasion.
All the best,
Christian
This is a very noble thing for you to do. I would be more than happy to join in and make a pledge.
John
Please count on my support. I'm in.
And as others have said, well done OP, good man.
You are setting a fantastic example, so please accept a donation from me to your preferred charity.
Nigel
Hello
In another of your Nepal charity threads you posted this link: www.gofundme.com/cleanupnepaleqfund.
That one is in AUD, whereas their parent organisation www.cleanupnepal.org.np allows for PayPal donations (presumably in GBP and other currencies). Is this site OK, please, of is the other to be preferred?
Thanks,
Bob
Two for me please!
Bob, I will give very clear and precise instructions for how and where donations are to be made in due course. As I stated in my opening post, I am not asking for any donations to be made just yet, I am currently just collecting pledges. For the purposes of the fundraising drive referred to in this particular thread please follow the specific instructions regarding how donations are to be made which will be made in this thread only.

Good luck everybody. Have a good one.
Yes please. £100 from me for two entries.
Will also say now that if I win the watch, I'll sell it to the highest bidder, and give all the money back to the charity.

Is there any reason to limit these donations to 108?
Noble by name, noble by nature.
There is no reason to limit the number of donations to 108, but if people have committed on the basis that there are only 108 places then I think it is only fair and reasonable to follow that. I am surprised by the response tbh, I thought that it would perhaps be a struggle to find so many people willing to donate.
Good luck everybody. Have a good one.
I`ll have a go please
Please add me to the list and should nobody else want to take the 4 places that leaves remaining open then I will take them up
cracking idea, count me in too.
Edit: I think you should keep this going and take more donations, say close it Friday night. It's a good cause after all, and I'm sure no one will mind the fact the number has increased accordingly.
I'd be up for it!
I put my name down in the sure and certain knowledge that I won't win it. I never win anything. So no complaints from me if it goes to a wider audience.

What a fine gesture. I'm happy to toss my hat (and 50 quid) into the ring.
Cheers,
Plug
I agree.
I would guess that most people are taking a spot because the OP's great gesture of donating this watch deserves an appropriate response, not because they have decided that the odds and cost are a favourable punt.
Keep going
yes please, x 2 please (£100)
well done you awesome human being!!
PS is it still too early to make the actual donation, and do you have a link?

Thanks for all your support everyone. I don't normally like changing horses midstream, but in this case I think it is acceptable. I will leave it open for a while then. Of course, if you have already committed and you don't like these new arrangements, please let me know and I will remove your name from the list. Have a great evening. Thanks , Dave
Good luck everybody. Have a good one.
Pop me down for a ticket please Dave.
Andy
Count me in please.
PS Just to clarify. Dave, I also would like you to keep the watch if my number comes up.

Very good of you and a great gesture - please include me if not too late.
I like this idea, and a lovely gesture. Count me in for a space and I'll chuck £50 in the pot. By God they need all the help they can get at the moment in Nepal.
can we get a pic of the watch and what it comes with up please. This will help generate more interest for the cause
great stuff
Just seen this, count me in Dave please, amazing gesture from you.
I'm in Dave, but you'll have to keep the watch if I win.
Ian
I'm in Dave. I even promise to work out how to do this myself this time!
You really are a gentleman Dave.
Hi
A fantastic thing to do. Please add me to the list.
Thanks
deano
Such a great gesture deserves an appropriate response!
Come on guys, let's make this the 10k pounds Explorer II! There are already 113 tickets, 87 more can certainly be added!
Cheers,
Christian
You know what, count me in for a ticket Dave........this is too magnificent not to be part of.
