I recall getting all the Brut 33 stuff in the 70s and 80s.
Seem to recall that they did a whole line of toiletries, as well as the aftershave. Guess it came in Christmas gift sets?!

For me, YSL Jazz = trying to pull birds in the early 1990s.
Hard to believe that's over 20 years ago.
I had a girlfriend at the end of the eighties demand i get rid of my Drakkar Noir as she said that i would associate the smell with the previous girlfriend that had given it to me ( a sign of her insecurity i figure ).
Seven months later i borrowed a splash of it from my brother on the day that i split from that crazy, angry little chick. It seemed apt at the time.

I got given a bottle of insignia for my 18th.
Used it to clean acetate slides all through uni when doing presentations on good old fashioned overhead projectors.
The Starthclyde Uni library smelled lovely. Haha
I'm surprised this thread has gotten so long without the mention of Davidoff cool water or Versace blue jeans
Everyone I knew was into CK1.
Personally it was, is, & will always be Dunhill Edition.
Classic.
What about this stuff....
Name says it all .... Wait, does this mean I could of ended up on a man date? Damn, this is where I went wrong...
Damn those 80's marketing geniuses lol
Rapport, and Fahrenheit as well If it hasn't been mentioned ......
No mention of Old Spice so far, as far as I know my 90 year old grand dad still uses it.
For me, the classics which remind me of my youth are Kouros and Safari, which I'd splash on liberally when I went out big game hunting on Broad Street!
Yup another for Kouros which I would smother myself in. Then the cat got hit by a car and had one of its back legs in a splint and mum started using it on the cat to kill the stink. Never could smell it in the same light after that.
Then used Karl Lagerfeld for years before moving on.
Keeping in the tart theme, I always make a beeline to Jarrolds when in the city for a generous layering of whatever takes my fancy which seems to be Bvlgari Black.
Paul
When I was at school it was always david off cool waters. I can't remember the last time I wore aftershave though!
Fahrenheit reminds me of the early 90s. After years I smelt it again and am tempted to buy a bottle
Another vote for dunhill edition.
Old school classic
Blue stratos! Remeber that one.
...and denim...for men! Lol
