Have you got some shots from before the work Blackie?
Hi all.
I aquired another Monnin and it was really tatty on the pics, knackered crystal, bezel, rusty lume.
Set to work on a ceramic bezel with some special tools and then sent it off to Jim for a hand lume and a thicker crystal.
I never imagined the dial would look so new.
This one is a keeper. I'm well chuffed. Thanks to Jim for his great work as usual.

I have indeed

I'm not a massive fan of the ceramic bezel as it looks like a sub variant, but it's a very nice watch Dave. The crystal gives the dial real clarity.
At least it will never end up scuffed Wayne. Besides ive got enough to go around :-)
Ive a brown dialled variant as well because i like to mess...

Great rescue from the grave!
That's a superb transformation, really like the brown version too.
Great work!
Good work there, love the brown!
I need to stop now. It's getting daft

Do you have a favourite?
Today's arrival is the current favourite. That's how it works isn't it ?
Looks fake to me... Bought from Egypt I shouldn't wonder!
Only kidding! Looks excellent with the ceramic
No idea mate. I've not posted it on OTD unless someone else has. I only got it back from Jim today
Unless you mean the one with the lollipop second hand. I just missed out buying that one
likeness... from eBay
Very similar but a more Autavia shape to it
Here's an interesting twist using an 844 case - love the dial and bezel on this.
A good one that Thomas.
I have another couple on the way
