This isn't leaving my wrist at the moment, a Sinn UX GSG9 on a gasgasbones strap.

With the ongoing Panerai thread, thought I'd dig out one of mine.

I've seen this style on quite a few later De Lucas. It's a Zenith signed crown. Same as (and same pushers) as this one. They then went to screw down for the very last (4th) generation as I understand it.

Ah... OK. Thanks for that! I've looked at a lot of De Luca's and I had a NOS series 1 (which I sold to Tony) but I must admit that most of my research had focused on the first series. I just had the idea that most of the later versions had the screw down pushers, but you've cleared that all up, now.

    This was mine:

I succumbed to a recent sale at Christopher Ward (I know, two dirty words to a lot of you).

I'd been looking at Makaira's (mostly used) for a while, so the 50% off offer was too good to refuse.

I must say, I'm very impressed at the price I paid!

Not today's picture, but today's watch. This "rotation" thing isn't going well and it's hard to prise from the wrist...

    TZer's are the best

Couple of Fridays ago I posted that I liked a watch on one of these threads (Slowprop's) - couple of hours late I get a PM from Mcb2007 (Rob) with ebay listing number of the same model - what a great forum this is. Wouldn't normally but of ebay (especially as it came from Italy), but £20 (delivered) for a mechanical watch which is keeping pretty good time is a bargain.

You don't have to spend a great deal on this hobby for it to be interesting - especially when you fellow Tzer's giving you a heads up on a bargain!

Love the dial colour and it works well with the brown leather bund. Had to use google to work out the days though.

ExpII in background as I'm off on holiday at the weekend so wanted to check the timekeeping, I love working from home!

    HAGWE!

Laguna on a Bonetto Cinturini rubber nato (model 328) which I ordered after seeing thg74's post in the Friday thread last week. Very comfortable indeed and a sort of grey-black, which is perfect. Will try it in water next week.

That's a cracker. I'm seeing quite a few chronos with red bezels recently and I'm really liking them. Might have to keep an eye out.

Cool that it has markings for a second time zone too. Covers all the bases.
