According to one site only the 2915-3 should have a black bezel, which should (apparently) read TACHYMETRE BASE. Is it me or is the 2915-1 stamping (engraving) a bit wobbly?
For anyone looking for a 1957 Speedmaster...................and with too much money burning a hole:

Earth calling ebay seller Qualitytimeva !
At least they're on GoogleMaps.
Couldn't see the issue at first, then clocked the price. SRSLY got to be an accidental typo.
The watch that was actually on the moon would be cheaper !!!!!
Wow that's some deal there lol
Bit sceptical about this one ( and certainly no cheap I accept), dial and hands are correct, case is actually very original all the 2915-1's I have seen have a 15mil movements but it isn't beyond the realms of possibility, bezel is completely wrong, it is a much later dot over 90 105003bezel
The original bezel (if you can find one) will hit you for between £3 and £5K! BCT is missing, no box and papers
A perfect original 2915-1 is now £50K+ with box and papers but you will never see one on the open market, they exchange hands between the uber elite of Omega collector to whom money is an irrelevance
