Sounds like a good plan to me, now where that Martin Lewis's number?
Well kinda. A little bit tenuous and maybe off topic but could be interesting....perhaps.
So i had the feeling that being a long term customer of any organisation doesnt do you any good. They take you for granted, bump up the prices and rip you off. So last weekend was moneysaving weekend.
I've switched energy suppliers. Same amount of energy will be £35 a month cheaper this year than last.
I phoned up bt and told them id found a better deal on bt/broadband. Saving £10 a month and netflix thrown in for free. My mobile was at the end of its contract. Same data and minutes etc on sim only save £22 a month. Another £13 a month saved elsewhere.
Total saving £80 a month. Which in 3 years will be a nice rolex explorer. Much better than being ripped off for being a loyal customer.
Sounds like a good plan to me, now where that Martin Lewis's number?
You could buy a Dornblüth for that sort of money.
F.T.F.A.
I say go for it!
My last, an Explorer I 214270 that I picked up last month, was free...give or take a few quid
You might have to save bit addtionally on your car insurance to make up for the next 2 price increases but still good job 😁
Or maybe buy it now on interest free credit?
Ernest jones, watches of Switzerland, Mappin Webb do 3 years I think. Good luck!
Looks like a good time to do it considering all the speculation on prices increases etc.
my local omega dealer does interest free credit on quite small deposits ..... i have so far resisted
Don't forget though OP, that you will be considered a 'loyal' customer again in those 3 years, so be prepared to change again!
Makes sense time value of money Dcf and all that Jazz take it out over the longest time frame possible while the cash you would have spent to buy it sits in an account making what ever measly interest the banks can spare.
Oh and too add WOS are accepting 10% deposits and IFC over 24months currently
I'm curious about these deals. Does the watch remain the property of the finance company until it's paid off, or are these just unsecured loans?
Don't forget that in addition to saving money by regularly changing suppliers/companies, you can also earn money by going via cashback websites. I use Quidco and have had over £3000 back in about 5 years. Not bad for just doing what you would normally do.
