Yes I saw this on ABTW and think it very nice indeed... I really like the numbers for indices it really tidies the dial up compared to the standard model nice use of the tricolore too... Undecided on the White stripe on bracelet but otherwise nice job and nice to see Guigiaro doing new things too

Don't appreciate his previous designs, and this hasn't changed my opinion that he should just stick to cars.

    Looks fantastic...

Not a fan of the bracelet, however; I'd probably just wear it in the rubber strap, like I do with my current Astron:

Do they automatically synchronise the correct time as soon as you land in a different timezone?

The "Bertie Bassett" as I'm sure it will be called, it looks awful.

As I said I like the watch itself it's the bracelet I don't think I like....

Cannot say he has done much other than messing around with minor details can he?! Imo the 'Giugiaro' stamp is earned rather too easily in this case.

As to taste there will always be opposing preferences.
Imo the original markers show the GREAT depth there is and the new design ... not.

All in all it seems to me like taking a basic Astra, add stripes and add a 'Sport' model to the catalogue.

    Hmm.
So you have an opinion without having a clue and not even using your finger tips to get one.
Good to keep in mind when you write something about a watch.

Here one (or two) push easy

Looks like it's designed to appeal to 16 yr olds, or the sort of people who buy body kits and go faster stripes for their hatchback.

Neither do I, the dial is to busy and the bracelet leaves a lot to be desired.

Not seeing where all hate is coming from here. Yes, the bracelet is naff, but the watch itself looks fantastic to my eyes. True, I'm not clear on what makes this a "Guigiaro", unlike say his classic "Aliens" Seiko's from the early 80s", but it remains a handsome piece all the same.

Guess I need an eye exam.

    Regards,
    Adam

Reminds me of what we called "woolworths two stripe football boots" when I was at school and your parents wouldn't buy you Adidas. Yes I owned a pair as kid, I won't be buying this watch

Yes. While you can do it manually if you're sitting next to a window in the plane, they'll attempt an auto-sync when they sense that you're outside in bright light. (These watches use GPS satellite signals, so they need line of sight to sync properly.)
