Ah ha... thanks for the link Andrew. I don't know how I keep missing these series. :(

I love my squares so I'm a tad biased but your GW-M5610BY-1JF is the best of that bunch. I think the black/yellow series came out before the red and black series, from which I've bought the DW-5600HR-1ER. Similar in that there's a bi-coloured strap & negative display, different in that yours is based on the 5610 and mine on the 5600. Oh and yours is an LE - very nice indeed! :)

I foolishly sold my GW-5000 (photos a few posts up!) and regretted it within 24 hours.
Fortunately I managed to source another one, which arrived today.

Our resident expert suggests that the serial no informs us that the watch was manufactured on 27th December 2017.
