I got a velvet service pouch, with my last rolex. What type of strap changing tool did you get? Its a nice touch that, I always liked the way bremont send them out with all their watches.

The usual pin/fork strap changing tool, but it's a proper bergeon bakelite one - I think ref 3153

Thanks mate. I'd really wanted the bracelet version originally, so to get the opportunity to change was a godsend really. Very grateful to a member on here for making it happen, too.

I'm still very new to the watch world and only have experience my Speedy at 1k + price point but have to say I'm very happy with it. I love the retro looks and how much is going on with the dial

That’s lovely; of it’s time without being “seventies” seventies, if you know what I mean....

    Eventually bought my first Speedy.
Missed loads on SC when I had funds. Dithered too long when Ryan was doing the great offers to sort out so thought sod it im buying one.
Happy as a pig in the proverbial.

This beauty arrived Friday,Seiko Samurai blue dial.

Quite a chunky watch but fits lovely on my 7.5ish wrist,

Thanks and a pleasant evening to all.

Yesterday I only intended to browse, and I certainly wasn’t after anything specific, yet I ended up driving away with this...

Such a beautiful piece; I love its cream dial with discrete date and the blued hands & indices are stunning when they catch the light. For me too, this is the perfect size and wears like a dream.

The lume doesn’t need too much encouragement either with just a little natural light needed:

All in all I’m very, very happy with this, and if anyone gets the opportunity I’d heartily recommend a trip around the many watch shops in Chichester.

Just bought this off a nice, reliable TZ guy. Took it for a first walk along the canal, ideal watch if you fall in.
My partner says it 'shouts Rolex', which I suppose it does. But likeable all the same. I must take better pictures in the sun.

Just received from Doug Darter. I've been meaning to post a SOTC for my Seikos for some time, Easter weekend might just be the time.

A mere £125 secured me this, even Mrs Sish likes it so there is yet hope(!)

That watch is such a legend!! It’ll always look good now, as 20 years ago, as 20 years from now!!

Great buy! I add myself amongst them jealous people that weren’t quick or decisive enough to buy it.. I wish you a great time wearing it

Big fan of the Zenith chronos; that is a classic. The El Primero movement chronos are, for me, easily the equal of a Daytona in sheer class and history. The colours on that dial are very fine too. And the size is right too.
    Here's another. Bit bigger.

About time Zenith got more recognition.

    Very well recognised, strange comment.

Rarely up for sale here and they seem to go pretty quickly.
