Ha, I kind of understand where you are coming from and I have thought about where I would go next! Ive been through most the Rolex sports so the only thing that appeals to me in SS is the Ceramic Daytona however since I only just sold the 116520 im not sure that would last long either!

At the moment satisifed but give it a year....

Just got this in the post. The new Certina DS Action Diver with the Powermatic movement with 80 hours power reserve. Released at Basel this year. Very well made and with some upgrades from the previous Action Diver, among these a new bracelet and clasp with diver’s extension.

Ok, so I couldn't resist the lure of another 70s chronograph. Stuck a cheeky offer in on eBay for a "NOS" Tissot and to my surprise it was accepted and this is on its way:

I might have slightly overpaid even with my cheeky offer, but it's an easily-serviced Valijoux movement and given the condition probably shouldn't lose too much if I get bored of it

Would be nice to find a bracelet but I have a racing strap here to start with.

This little 40mm Laco Flieger arrived today.

Reckon it must be from around 2005... papers aren't dated. Has a little ETA 2671 powering it so pretty slim and light.
Had a few battle scars, and missing it's floating keeper... but a quick brush up and swapped to an old Bob strap... ready for take off.
Thought the date feature was integrated quite well... almost looks like a B type dial with that rather than an A.

Cheers mate, yeah I am in love with it!

After the thread on here and deciding against the deal the AD called and told me I was top of the list (about 11months) so it was meant to be really!

My birthday today so picked it up amd very happy, the legendary AD experience did not live up to the hype at all though lol

Not the best pic but went to choose one of the two earlier today. Ended up with the date sub. Was VERY close to buying both as well....!

Sold my sub date in May and regretted it hence getting one back. Did love the ND as well though, lovely and clean. Seems to wear small than the date

Something a little different to all those Seikos, Rolexes and Omegas.

A Rare Things Schofield Beater in a custom steel case, with Beater 2 hands and dial with an exhibition case back.

These are built/assembled in a next door village from where I use to live in West Sussex. An unboxing will be done later.

YES! Glad to see Schofield getting some love. Did you get it direct or 2nd hand? I love my Signalman PR.

Direct from Giles with a few tweaks to make it a one off to date!

Top fellow Giles, good advice and really helpful in sending mock up photos and great communication throughout.

New "Invasion" NATO, which isn't as exciting as a new watch, but it's quite fun!

You wouldn't want any newer than a Mark XV 😊

The green stripe on the rubber b is perfect with that watch. Great choice.

Whilst many seem to have immediately moved them on, I like it. Omega should have provided a better strap though, so have put it on a Snoopy strap instead.

Amazing how much better it looks on the black 'sporty' strap. Is that Snoopy strap something that is easily available?

Forget that, stick it on a Hirsch Heritage (which is precisely what I've just done with mine)!

Ah that's a no then. Thanks.

Picking up my own #SpeedyTuesday tomorrow and really going off the OEM brown strap but these other options appear to transform the look.

Thanks to Jamie, a modern Hanhart to join my vintage Hanhart. I'm loving the splash of red and the bracelet is engineering class.

I always liked the look of the di modell rallye on the Speedmaster, about £20/25 i think and look great, also Eddies rally strap is great for very little cost

I think it will still look good on a vintage style strap - just not the one that is supplied with the watch.

For a Snoopy style look without the cost, WatchGecko do a couple of styles of cordura strap, that I reckon are far better than the £12-£14 cost would indicate.

New Breitling Aerospace Evo. A long period of negotiation on another forum while his asking dropped to the price I offered 4 months ago.

Really like it. Haven't had an ana-digi since 1987.

Received this a couple of days ago. Bought it for a song, especially as it had just undergone a full service from Zenith a couple of months ago. Really loving it at work, The 684 calibre is thin enough that it comfortably fits under even my tightest cuffs.

As suggested and I know it's Wednesday but my Omega #SpeedyTuesday has landed.

I'm certainly not underwhelmed as it's a lovely thing and to be honest even the strap feels OK.

This is a quick wrist shot at the Omega Boutique on Regent Street.....before they went to get my complimentary bottle of Bollinger. Nice touch.
