That is an absolutely killer combo - love it!
No new watches, but finally back in the UK, so can attach some of the straps I had made or bought.
Not a fan of the supplied hybrid and NATO, so this was crying out for an EO Black Ops.

Yeah I've have heard it mentioned a few times recently that's its due to be discontinued, exactly when is anyones guess.
Perhaps it will be a bit more popular when its not available anymore.

It has a lot of reflections due to the domed sapphire and lack of AR. If it were not for the contrasting dial and hands, I think I'd struggle with it.

The SPB14x has one of the best handsets on any Seiko imo. The half brushed and half polished surfaces create a lovely effect.
Suits the spb051 like a glove. I like the sword hands in original models but this just makes it shine

A watch i like very much.I first found about this cool watch when it was released in 2012 and thought I would like one someday. I recently watched the Space Dive documentary and got the bug again so went looking only to find there are very few around. Fortunately, I was lucky to score this mint full set from a UK seller. To give the watch its full and ridiculous name, it is the Zenith El Primero Stratos Flyback Striking 10th Tribute to Felix Baumgartner. The flyback 1/10 second Chrono function is fun and unique, but more importantly, it is impressively well made and wears well on the rubber strap. There is a lot to keep the eye interested as the dial has depth and colour which with double AR, is always striking.

This little (well its 43.5 so not little!) beauty arrived a little earlier on...
I have about 4 SevenFridays now and they are all very cool, well built, quirky, the Bomberg is amazing, so heavy, with the chain and the pocket watch adaptor, had many, many comments since wearing this one.
the other one I managed to get on that day was the 22Studio 4D Concrete. now that's a weird thing, but again, well made, lots of interest from my friends.

Arrived this morning but still technically 'incoming' as it's an xmas present from the wife - Seestern 'Doxa' with 'Tiffany blue' (as the cool kids seem to call it now) dial and lumed date wheel.
It took it's time but has turned up in time so, that's nice.
Second time lucky for this "new" arrival. Back with me today after a little trip back to Switzerland.
Don't really know too much about this but received it today in a trade. Still has stickers!

Fresh in today this lovely lump of pure seventies electronica.
I've been looking for a round, lugless watch for a while and this is certainly it.
It arrived wrapped in something that a few members might recognise.

One I ordered a few months back, that was part of the support for the Scuderia Cameron Glickenhaus Le Mans Prototype entry, my name was on the car at Le Mans and the team principal has been running a WhatsApp group for those who ordered the watches. Lovely vintage feel, Seiko meca-quartz movement and a small run LE watch. I’m chuffed and all for a good price.
A notoriously difficult to photograph watch - my quick attempt certainly doesn't capture all the details - but I suspect the last serious purchase for a long time:
