    Lightning fast new income!

Discovering the new PRS40 on monday in Eddie's shop my first thought was "must have this, fantastic beater".
Very angled lugs, crown on top, just my thing.

I e-mailed a non WIS friend, who already has two Smiths watches (wasn't me........) and showed him the pics, sold as well

So, ordered two on tuesday, got them on wednesday!!

Thanks a bunch Eddie, great service and what a great non mainstream tooly quartz

    Daddel.

Got a new watch, divers watch it is, had to drown the bastard to get it!

There's an inescapable charm to the PS40 that's for sure!

    Cheers,

It's a real lightweight on the nato strap, but oh so cool.
And, having no date makes it even more attractive, for me that is.

These are growing on me the more I see them! I like the crown out of the way for dig free wrists when riding the motorbike.

Not to be rude to our esteemed host - but am I alone in finding these seriously unattractive?! Strikes me as a proper marmite watch - I appreciate the logic behind the design but it's the only watch I've ever seen Eddie produce that leaves me totally cold. I see lots of watches I like and lots I don't but very few that leave me scratching my head in bewilderment and this is one of those!

That's what makes this hobby funny.

When I noticed this in his shop, my first thought was "must have this".

About 15 or 20 years ago Dolphin (Nuclear) watches made an interesting looking watch with angled lugs and crown (pushers) on top, ever since I thought must have something looking like that.
And when Eddie did, for a friendly price, I did have to try it.

Looks great, I'm sure it's the kind of watch that most photos don't do it justice.
    Any wrist shots? Thanks.
