I wonder though. I learned most of those skills, including tempering, in secondary school metal and woodwork classes. With those jigs and machine tools I bet I could make fair fist of one of those knives after a bit of practice. Since he's not hand-forged the metal he's reduced the job almost to semi-skilled level.
That's one hell of a sander to remove so much metal at that speed, would hate to think what it would do to his hand if he slipped

Fantastic Video, Great Custom Knife for quite a good price for the work that has gone into it.
He has some very nice kit in his workshop and as it has been said his workshop is very clean. I vacuum and sweep my workshop everyday after I finish work as having a dirty workspace is not good in my world.
