For me this old Stowa that came into my possession from my Grandad in 1978.
I was about to say that I have had the same Rolex 5513 Submariner that my father gave me on my 17th birthday on 31 May 1981. However I just found the old Timex he bought me when I started junior school.
Two watches I'll never part with.

I just tried to sell my first ever 'watch', a blue dialled SuperOcean and due to a mark on the crystal, the deal didn't get done. Bought it in 1998 with my first ever pay packet.
A week later I'm really pleased I still have it and don't know what I was thinking! I think I'll have it serviced and refinished now, the dial is really quite beautiful :)

Inherited my Seamaster at the age of 4 (although didn't actually wear it until I was a teenager) so have had it for about 21 years. Not long compared to some members I'm sure but it is >80% of my life!
Tissot Seastar steel quartz..... given to me for my 16th birthday in summer of 1984
still have watch (in well beaten up condition as it was with me through teenage years/sports/uni etc), original box & papers (receipt for £40).
never wear it but would never get rid of it
Tag 1500 was my entry to this madness, it was my only watch for around ten years.
I have one purchased new in 1989, still ticks fine
RIAC
My first major watch was the Gucci 9000.Bought it when I was 18.Must have had it for ten years and then I discovered Tag Heuer and its spiraled from there.
My Pre-moon speedy. been with me for 20 years and I doubt I'll ever sell it.
Ive had my tissot titanium since i was 15 :)
I've got a sekonda hand wind that I've had since 1994. It's f***** though.
I've got an H3 somewhere that I bought in about 2002 - so not that old
I've still got the old rubber tag heur in blue
Had it about 20 yrs I reckon
Andy
My Baume 14ct gold watch, my first gold watch and I have had it since 1972.
I've had my Seiko Kinetic since 1998 when I bought it in New York. In 16 years it's had a service and a new capacitor and it's as good as new, I wore it today in fact.
My first watch ---Citizen... Its been 8 years and i still love it.
I got this from my dad when I was 18.
It was his father's retirement gift from the NUS in 1960.
I had it restored and serviced 2 years ago.
So, I've had it 26 years.
47 years.
36 years for me! I just had it serviced by Jack at IWW
(this pic was before it went to him)
I bought my Datejust new in 1984, so just on 30 years.
F.T.F.A.
Titanium Tissot from the mid nineties from memory. Still love it although the poor thing only tends to get used for gardening/DIY and mountain bike rides now.
My Tissot LeLocle,my first "real" watch :)
Only photo I have...
I bought this from a market stall sometime in the 90s, and it had been pretty thoroughly pre-loved even before I got to it:
It was my one and only watch for about 20 years, never missed a beat, and needless to say has been nowhere near a service. Seiko know how to build 'em!
I was given a Grand Seiko for my birthday in 1968, and wore it until the early eighties. Unfortunately it went wrong and nobody could/would repair it, so it perished. No parts you see.....it was bought in Singapore by my parents.
It was replaced by a Rolex 15000, (which the Seiko copied) which I still have.
Paul.
nearly 16 years is my oldest, a gold plated citizen given to me by my parents for my 21st. Not worth a fortune and the plating is worn off on the bezel but it's a keeper due to the sentimental value.
My Oris XXL regulator which I bought in 2008 (my first foray into automatic watches), so only 6 years.
P.S. I can't see the serial flippers (e.g. like Tony and Ryan) beating my score, but I'm happy to be proved wrong!
All my watches come and go. The longest I've had is probably my Omega SMP Planet Ocean at close to 3 years. Next is a simple Seiko 5 for 2 years and a G-shock for a year. I keep telling myself that the SMP and G-shock are keepers though.
My Omega Dynamic, bought by my parents for my 21st birthday 44 yrears ago.
I have also inherited my fathers Rolex bought on my birthday in 1957, and now normally worn by my son.
Date Just "brought"*new by me in 1983. It's been through the wars a bit, but will never be sold and will be passed to my daughter in due course.
* "bought" FFS
Rolex Sub 16800 from 1983 - still with me and always will be. However, I still have an Omega Geneve I got on my 21st, from 1974!
I still have the Speedy Pro I got from my ma on my 18th birthday. 43 years this November.
Omega Cosmic 2000 - from 1978. 18th birthday.
However my father has just given me a watch he bought when he moved to the smoke in 1956 complete with box and papers. He never really worn it. Interestingly based on its lume, I think it might be radium. Scary.
Longest ive kept a watch for is 5 years - a Longines. Im surprised it lasted that tbh
11 years at moment for my daily wearer but plan to visit home soon and see what old watches i still have at home from when lived there as a child and have couple of inherited watches there also
1981 "Fat Case" RN Issue CWC Navigator - been in my possession since I was a Royal Navy Navigator, back in the 1980s...

About 35-36 years, Soviet-made Sekonda manual wind.
In the army back in the early seventies our unit was working with the American Air Force and quite a few of their chaps were wearing these and swore by them, so I bought one. They are still brilliant watches...
