Minor hijack: a Glycine Incursore and a Jürgen Gallai (both manual), preferably near Cambridge.

Do you mean watch repairer,or are you wanting a watchmaker to make you a watch?.

In my case a watch repairer, the Glycine doesn't wind and the Jürgen has a lose stem.
