Do a search as there's some great reading on the Amphibians :)
Regarding sellers try ebay Zenitar, Boris, Camocity also Meranom, ive used them over the years and I would highly recommend them.
What's not to like? :)

I bought mine from camocity on ebay. It took a couple of weeks to arrive from Vladland to the USA. The watch was new and in perfect condition, it is even pretty accurate. The dial is a great looking shade of blue and yet I have never worn the watch except to try it on. The 41mm case looks great from the top but it is too slab sided and chunky from the side for me to wear comfortably.
By the way, don't get too concerned by the wonky crown. Once unscrewed it flops around like a Basset hounds ears. They are apparently designed that way.
As I've said in previous post, one of the cheapest place for me was Camocity and I got the watch in 6 days!
Just take your time as there's a huge election, I like the non dates best as it's less hassle when setting :) Meranom do some fantastic SE models now and then, and most of them sell spares.
There's a great write up on WUS about the Amphibia design principal and there's lots of experts on here Lampoc springs to mind.I bought my first Amphibia over 25 years ago, a Scuba dude and it's still going strong :)
Agree with Barry, try and get a non date, Amphibias don't have quick set date which gets tiresome quickly.
I bought mine from http://chistopolcity.com seemed to be the cheapest I could find and took two weeks to arrive.
Just looking for another Amphibia, just ordered a bezel and insert from Boris, will compare with my Murphy on the quality.
There's a guy on ebay selling Bezels and inserts which are nice, but at £40 a bit pricey.
You just gotta love an Amphibian :)
I have a few ;)
As has already been said many times, Meranom is an excellent seller with probably one of the best selections. Zenitar is also a great guy and has the advantage of delivering his goods a lot faster due to his location (next to the postal hub in Moscow) whereas everyone else's watches take about a week to get to Moscow then another week to reach the UK.
Don't forget to post some pics when you eventually receive one!
I've used Zenitar (Victor) and found him to provide a good, reliable, service.
Vostok.
