Apple Iphone 5s Issue

I'm having an issue with the a new iphone 5s. I can't hear the caller at all but the caller can hear me. Anything I can do to solve it?

I can't help with that issue, but when I got mine I found it was very sensitive to what case it went in, I tried 3 before I found one that didn't interfere with the mic for clarity the other end, I just couldn't be heard properly...

Haha just cut a small hole in the earpiece until your protector arrived, that's what I did
