No long-winded review on this one as you all know the watch I'm sure, a 1978 5513. This is my first vintage Rolex, procured from a super TZ member this morning :-) I must admit, I knew very little about these watches before purchasing so I had to just bite the bullet and hope it's a good 'un, which it certainly seems to be! It's a full set and keeping near perfect time (ignore the LV, I didn't set it before taking the photo).

The 5513 looks stunning, no date, no cyclops keeping it simple, I like.
Is that Burnsey's 5513 you've got there? He mentioned that he was thinking of selling it.

I guess I'm the weird one here but I prefer the LV. It's not that the 5513 isn't a fantastic watch but I'd rather have the LV.
In fact I'm trying really hard not to buy a LV but I've promised myself not to buy anything new in 2014 and I've made it to August.
