    What sort of price?
1001 wristwatches is a very safe bet, it's a huge hardback and totally crammed with watch0porn!
The Works had them online for about £3.99 (reduced from £20 or so) recently but I believe they sold out in no time flat.
Can still be had on e.bay for £5 or so.

it's quite expensive, but Masters of Contemporary Watchmaking by Michael Clerizo makes a nice coffee table book.

    Has OP ever been back??
Cousins have a few cool looking ones from £40 up to £100, a Breitling specific one and another showcasing Omega designs through the years both caught my eye around the £50 mark.

Would be great to get a bit more info on this as it looks like it has potential! - No reviews or much about it on amazon really

A recommendation from Foggy has got to trump any number of Amazon reviews.
It's got me looking for a local copy anyway

For the money, well worth picking up a copy.
