    http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Omega-Spee...item4622ab7488

sent to me by a mate who can't believe people are bidding on it!

The sellers ebay ID is Gazbond.

The watch was given to him by his uncle, I bet his name was James ;-)

Yep - I mean even if you don't know *anything* about watches even the most basic search takes you to:

Nah they have too many number of bids with the same seller, they're their to ramp up and hopefully dupe 1 bidder and rob him of £400

It was a little bit tongue in cheek. It is hideous but to the uninitiated is plausible.

Laugh it up guys, just less competition for me.

Wait for the incoming thread, you'll all be jealous when there is a super-rare (Seiko/Omega crossover?) Kinetic on the forum...

I reported this item but obviously it's still there and with 40 minutes remaining, clearly a fake.

If you really want, obviously not called a Kinetic, it's the Omegamatic, uses the ETA Autoquartz movement.

Seems genuinely unfair on the bidders. Someone just thought they got a bargain.

Actually speechless that anyone would bid on that POS!

If any 'genuine' bidder did bid & win it then never has the words 'Caveat Emptor' been more appropriate...

I've reported. It's odd how some things get pulled and others don't.

At least it's the same watch he's selling, not another from stock! ebay history shows since April anyway.
May be the original buyer wised-up, or was "shill" anyway?
