Rubber. Bracelets hate sand and Nato's expand when wet and collect suncream.
On SMPc ?

Leave it on the bracelet ... You have already scratched the clasp!!!
Bracelet. Rubber will be sweaty. Nato will become smelly.
I've just come back. A week in the sun with an old Sub on bracelet.
Took a few Nato's for a change. They stated in the case.
Rubber for sure!
Just flying out to Croatia.... analogue G Shock on.
Rod
Bracelet. Or NATO. Take some tools ;)
It's just a matter of time...
Bracelet for the SMPc, nothing else looks right.
Further to the above, see: link (at post #39).
Rubber. Just back from a short break, wore a GGB but rubber would be completely worry free.
Two or three natos, as long as you're not worried about marking the cashback with sand rash
Good luck everybody. Have a good one.
NATO for me
Bracelet would suit more occasions, and looks better regardless IMHO
Depends what you're doing. I wore my SMP on a bracelet for a European holiday in January and it was perfect - no worries. But if I were going diving in the Bahamas, I'd probably put it on a NATO, with shoulder-less spring bars, so that I could be confident that if one bar failed I shouldn't lose the watch.
Bracelet. Rubber hot, sweaty and smelly. NATO wet and smelly.

At last a chance to get some non-desk-diving marks on the bracelet!
My 82 is on the Seiko ratchet bracelet and allows for those times requiring adjustment due to sweltering temperatures :-).
I'm gong to Majorca this weekend, and I'll be wearing a Grand Seiko GMT, - on a bracelet.
on the bracelet. The only rubber that works for me is a highly vented one. Found a tropic one that was all mesh-like. Havent had a watch that lasted on nato or leather... Nato gets too flashy and the leather starts smelling...
