Didn't like the White Stitching around my Leather Strap, so when the Stitching started coming loose i thought it would be a good time to experiment by changing the colour myself!
What is the best thread to use, and where is the best place to buy it??

Plenty of pre waxed on eBay at a couple of quid.
What colour are you looking for? If it's red, cream or black I can send you some FOC.
I use 0.8mm which works well with thick straps.

Should be ok.
PM me your address and I'll post you enough thread and a couple of needles so you can saddle stitch it.

The Strap looks much better with the Black Thread Jon and i quite enjoyed watching a saddle stitching tutorial on youtube then having ago myself, theres a bit of a nak to it but managed it but maybe not to your standards you look a bit of a pro at it, sorry about the poor picture quality as I'm not the best at that sort of thing!Originally Posted by Jon Kenney
