What are your favourite case backs?

I like these, but liked the one on my Tag Heuer Aquaracer WAF111Z but the Watch was to small and had to go! 😞

I had a Breitling colt superocean professional, which had a beautiful back, but i am sucker for a casted back.
I handled a Longines legend diver the other day and that was beautiful.
I really like some of the vintage super compressors they are a work of art.
Beautiful backs show that the watch manufacturer really cares.

I'm at work, so I'm having to borrow a pic, but I had one of these - an Orsa Sea Angler - and always liked this case back. Just the right amount of whimsy.

Forgive my ignorance but,i have often wondered, if this has an internal cover to stop foreign bodies entering the watch.
    Beautiful back!

Very unusual, no better way to illustrate depth than a Angler Fish, nice!

    Beautiful back!
Its actually designed to make the alarm louder and it works sort of an echo chamber type of thing. And yes there is another cover beneath it to stop anything getting into the movement

    http://www.donindiano.net/watches/breitling/b-1/case

"The screw-down caseback is a large turbine-looking echo chamber, used to amplify the sound of the alarm (or other sounds that can be triggered by the various functions). Each fan blade is individually welded to the case-back".

Like my super avenger case back with the conversion tables. Titanium, not to save weight though I expect, it's a beasty. I'll get a photo in the morning.

The Breitling B1 is according to me the most beautiful and ORIGINAL caseback, but the JLC GRANDE DATE is also rather pretty !

Not one of my faves but surprised no one mentioned the case back for the Steinhart Black Sea yet. Can't seem to post a link from my phone properly.

Some of these can only be described as art!

I do love some of the Orsas, and have a soft spot for this one (never owned one, though):
