The backside is even more beautiful than the front ! ;)
I was thinking of buying another Sinn or omega divers watch or a Breitling of some sort, I looked at the Sinn range and was not taken by anything as I have a EZM 2 and a 756, so went and looked at the Omega and Breitling at Westfield and again was not moved by them and I was not impressed by the value for money of them.
So with the normal burning need to buy watches, I researched the internet and in the end looked at Stowa.
I have in the past owned a Stowa flieger but it was a 1990's model and I sold it on as I was not really moved by it and at the time I considered it too small, the latest version is so much nicer with ar coating and display back and now I like watches if they look balanced whatever the size.
So anyway this is the first of the three Stowa's that I have ordered, I am very impressed with the build quality and finish which is hard to fault at any price.

Stunning! I've always like the shape of an onion crown but always found them too big and therefore intrusive, but that one looks to be the perfect size and shape.
Congrats.

..now.
You cośld have done many a favour by adding it to the pilot watch thread and it is not that you don“t know it exists.
Congrats, it is a great watch. My serial number is pretty close to yours.
Quick update watch runs at +4 secs a day out of the box, which is very good and shows that they spend some time on regulating the watches as they say on their website.
I become more impressed with the build quality by the hour, it is a very understated but classic design there really is nothing to fault except the strap that it came with, it is ok but the quality does not match the watch and was changed in five minutes.
