Perhaps this has been discussed, but I hadn't seen these new rubber leather hybrid bracelets inventions from Hirsch, or anybody else.

This might be nice in the summer:

Nice!
Seems as if they took the names from some real life people when they created the straps? Tiger, Ayrton etc?
The design of the rubber part reminds of Patek Aquanaut?
Now I checked the lengths... Only L! Why?? Hirsch M fits me perfect and my wrists are not small! L always looks too big!

They look interesting. Not out yet. Watch Obsession will have them in by the 16th.
I wear a Grand Duke on my Carerra and it's quite stiff. But is slowly loosening. So there's certainly an appeal to a more flexible rubber hybrid one.
The Robby looks quite interesting my the Princess has to be my favourite

I was looking through Hirsch's range a few days ago and found this new line then, I hope I'm not asking a stupid question but how can a strap be water resistant to 300 meters? It's a strap, surely it's either water resistant or it isn't?
Interesting idea, I'm curious how they feel compared to a regular strap.
I got an orange Robby with a matt steel buckle for my Dreadnought Voyager on Tuesday and am very pleased with it.
I’m considering one of these - one of the leather topped variants, rather than the carbon or sailcloth. Does anyone have any pics of these on a watch? Most of the photos in ads are very artificial looking. Phil Lee’s photo above gives a much better idea of how it looks - any equivalents for the other versions?
I’m interested as I think they might be quite comfortable in hotter weather.
Look really good Phil. Is it soft and pliable, or little firmer?
Very nice
I think it would be comfortable in hot weather. It is essentially a rubber strap with a decorative layer bonded to it. I've taken some more photos which hopefully show this better.
I'd say it is firm but it is is pliable due to the way the rubber is molded. It can be tricky to slide the free keeper up the strap, it is a pretty tight fit.
Here are some more photos of the strap I've just taken.
Looks really good and thick enough to secure a heavy watch head. I like the way the integrated that heavy duty buckle.
