Not sure who put them together Andy, I think the case is a generic Bucherer one though.... Date is mid to late 70s...
I have the quartz version of that one, also the shrouded auto monoblock marked Scubapro on the back but the usual Scubapro branded dial is branded Nivada.

Not entirely dissimilar to the Eterna Matic Kontiki Super, so you could start there?

As mentioned, a few brands ran these similar, but not matching, cases - there always seems to be slight differences particularly around the crown guards, but possibly the same basic case. Who made them, I never found out even after doing quite a bit of digging a few years back. I had all the above mentioned brands plus a couple others, Nautilus was defo one.

A couple interesting shots I recalled from MWR forum

    Advert from mid- late-70s

And issued to Norwegian Jaegermarines (note the original strap!)

Aware of that, but as divers of the same era go, it's not entirely dissimilar. They certainly worked with Seiko on the 450 (and 1000?), so ScubaPro has form when it comes to working with major manufacturers. I wondered if the similarities in case and bezel between S500 and EMKS were worth following up? Perhaps not. If I remember correctly, there's a pretty nice ETA 2783/4 inside.
