Anyone giving anything up for lent this year?
I'm using it to kick-start my fitness and get back into (regular) jogging/running, by giving up chocolate, crisps... and the booze!
I've also signed up for this - www.40acts.org.uk
Having had to give up several things recently on medical advice I`m in no mood to relinquish my remaining pleasures!

Whatever you give up, ensure you post it on facebook so everyone knows.
Unless you're giving up Facebook, of course. :)

I've heard of New Year resolutions.. But Lent! Gimme a break.
Im giving up buying watches for Lent, this is mainly due to having to give up possessing any money.
Unwind with a pint or two in our own virtual pub. Friendly banter and clean jokes please and no politics or religion.
I'm giving up abstinence.
Not specifically for Lent - but March I am giving up; sugar, refined carbs, booze and dairy products.
It's proving to be quite challenging so far.....but I am coping....just....
