Thread: Post Your Collection in One Photograph

  1. #151
Tissot Super T12, Ollech & Wajs Early Bird and Seiko 6105 8110.

There might be some changes to this photo in the near future. I am keeping an eye on Sales Corner for something a bit more special so the Early Bird and Tissot might have to make way.

Some very very nice watches there - I can see why you might be happy with the current status quo :)
It's just a matter of time...

This thread (rather late) has prompted me to take this, to see where this sickness has led me to date.

3 definite themes. Lemania, Blue and Tudor. There are only 3 pictured that don't fit in one of those 3 categories.

And of course I realise there are at least 2 missing from this as well.

I've been promising to sell a few off for ages now, but just haven't got round to it.

Here we are - I took delivery of my latest purchase yesterday which prompted me to take some pictures this morning. A small collection, but I like it. A developing Russian theme (less ruinous than the Swiss!) and, as you can see, I quite like leather straps with white stitching.

    Left to right:
Citizen Eco-Drive, Luch One-Hand, Sekonda 2209, Strela 42mm 3133 (my newest one), Rolex Sea-Dweller 16600, Raketa World Time, Breitling Navitimer 01, Ancient Pulsar which I bought when I was 21 - now my beater.

Lovely Dave - there isn't one there I don't covet, (other than the couple I have previously owned versions of).

Not including the latest PO Chrono Liquidmetal thingy, SuperOcean 1000m and a few vintage pieces which are out and about.

An IWC Doppelchronograph and a Patek Nautilus Chrono and I could be genuinely happy :)

My modest collection, these all spend some time on the wrist depending on what I'm up to. My desk clock wanted in on the action too.

Nice collection. What is the gold vintage one between the G-Shock and the Omega?

Its a solid gold Accurist, It was a wedding present from my late mother in law to my late father in law, not valuable but along with the Seamaster the watch that means the most to me.

    Thanks,
    You are right.
I must admit, that collection of vintage changed a bit recently. There is no longer Memovox, Fortis, Longines. But with Enicar I have get worse... :)

Another year on & a bit of flipping later, my collection has (deliberately) reduced to this...

Modded & self build beaters deliberately left in because

    i) I'd never sell them
ii) I get as much enjoyment from them as the others

Here's mine, a couple of Zenith EPs, a Carrera and my first Rolex.. a Sub C. Now saving up for the next one, either a Daytona or maybe a JLC chrono.

It's a pretty awful photo, there is a STOC to follow, hopefully tomorrow if I get time to edit all the photos and upload them.
In the meantime, here they are.

A bit (!) late but posting this now because for the first time since I started this, I don't think I've got anything that I'd part with now. I reserve the right to change my mind though:
