The visibility of the Seafire looks stunning. Great for glancing at in the car… needed in a MX-5 as there is no clock! Looks great Eddie.

The pricing of the Seafire is key for me.
    It's either this or a PRS-18Q.

    Time will tell.

Has there been any mention of this being a limited edition? The first batch might sell out quickly but hopefully they will be restocked.

This is looking nicer and nicer the more I come back to the thread. I'm meant to be holding out for the 29a but that may prove difficult now! I might have to order a few PVD NATOs!

I dont think there should be any further updates

Oh boy, and I just jumped on a PRS40, and now this....................lovely!

Just a question, is this a more expensive (better) movement thanh the ISA used in my PRS40?

The technical info says it has no Jewels.

    Daddel.
Got a new watch, divers watch it is, had to drown the bastard to get it!

I'm guessing that it will be close to the PRS40 price wise so why not have both?

We can only guess on price but, I always thought this was going to be quite a bit more than the 40.
The watch is looking better everytime is see it, another winner Imo, just hope there's some left when I get some pennies' together :(

Good quality PVD costs £30 per watch even when having 300 done. Not bad really, I've seen people quoting £100 plus to PVD/DLC a single watch.

Wow, an additional nine grand on the production cost of 300 compared to a s/s case! I guess I'm only surprised because I wouldn't have had a clue how much PVDing costs.

£30 per watch sound very reasonable to me for the PVD coating, If this pushes the price upto £250 ish then I will be buying one without hesitation.

300 sounds like a good hint. That should lessen the fears of this one selling out in the first few hours. :)

I hope this is a 20mm strap as I have just ordered a PVD buckle for the strap I intend to wear it on.

It's been a long wait, fingers crossed I get my grubby mitts on one!!

Im not sure that there has been confirmation of any of the dimensions as yet

    All adds to the excitement

What strap do you have in mind as a matter of interest?

Nothing that exciting, I bought a couple of Hadley Roma Cordura and very surprised at the quality, makes a change from a Nato and nearly as cheap. Put the grey on my 18Q and very comfortable so earmarked the black for this if it's 20mm?

Yes, I can see how that could work

I am wondering of a dark brown vintage style leather (my favourite kind of strap) would go?
