Post Help needed! Questionnaire about Breitling and Marketing

    Hello fellow watch aficionados

currently I'm finishing my Master in Marketing in Madrid and I'm conducting a research about the brand Breitling. I'm researching what the brand is about, is communicating, its positioning etc. The second part is to understand the consumer perceptions regarding the breitling brand, that's where I need you guys! I you have an affection with watches and marketing, then it can be even fun!! Haha

I would appreciate it a lot if you would be so kind to help met out with this short questionnaire (It won't take longer than 5 minutes, I promise).

Here you can find the link to the questionnaire: http://www.thesistools.com/web/?id=352782

Thanks a lot for your help!!

    Regards,

    Mark Bender

Shiny. It's about shiny. Being very very shiny.

It communicates that it wants to blind me with its shininess.

Its positioning is nearly always on the left of the window facing the main street.

There's your survey done for you.

Yes of course! Different questionnaire with similar content to understand the differences between different consumer groups.

    Thanks for your help!

Ps. Langhe instead of Lange stupid mistake, but can't change it anymore due to the fact that it will re publish my questionnaire and therefore will split the output.

lol 'Also input from normal people'

You hit the nail square on the head there

Still not sure how a watch can be cheerful, something was lost in translation

Haha there i'm trying to measure the personality of the brand. If Breitling is a cheerful full brand then it belongs to the category of sincerity. But guess that's not the category of Breitling in the 5 personalities ( sincerity, excitement, competence, sophistication, and ruggedness)

Done. I should point out that anyone doing the survey will know the answer to certain questions as you've already said it is a study on Breitling

    No worries buddy!

Even though the question about the Breitling B was pretty obvious, even for a non-WIS, since there wasn't any other watch brand beginning with B hehe!

I am working on my Master's thesis to complete my Master in Marketing at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, in Madrid, Spain.
I'll do your survey, fella, but if that's a Master's then I can see why unemployment in Spain among the Under-25s is 57%... Don't hold out too much hope of a job I guess?!

It's unbelievable, but no-one cares much. It could be 100%, but for some people, 300 days of sun a year and cheap property is all that matters!

I would probably choose a more widely-known brand, but encouraging that some are using this period of utterly failed economy to take the opportunity to rake in a bit of extra education, I guess. So more power to his elbow.
...but what do I know; I don't even like watches!

Haha, yeah crisis is pretty severe here! Not really in Madrid though.. People are spending money in bars and restaurants like its water..

I won't stay here in Spain, great country to live, but horrible to work. I'm Dutch and here to complete my Master.

About the survey! Guys: I really appreciate your help! I'm already over 260 respondents, which is a lot! Thanks again!!

    Regards,

    Mark

A masters in marketing? That's a pretty normal masters, the like of which you will find in almost every country in the world.
