For garden wear I would suggest a Rolex Submariner with the green bezel . This will provide sufficient waterproofing to survive any hose related incidents, and not show any grass stains. True, it will cost a little more than £50, but you are showing here how much you value your husband and marriage. If he's any sort of a decent husband he will repay you in kind with some suitable jewellery come your anniversary.
For that reason I would recommend an orange planet ocean, ideally with the orange strap. Other than having a date, no night light and being slightly over budget it's perfect.
