Not impressed with Harry Winston - that one is nothing special - Moser is a better alternative for that style, and UN do the wacky stuff far better IMO.
De Bethune are more like it, but FP Journe Souverain would probably be my choice.

Of the two proposed I would go for the HW as I love a very clean, uncluttered and sleek look for a dress watch.
widening the selection I think Vacheron's Patrimony collection should be considered first as well as Jaeger's Master Ultra Thin. You could even get away with a 34mm if you chose!
One other thought: if you dont mind a couple years wait then consider ordering a Philippe Dufour Simplicity.
the DB10 is already sold out. I'm not that much impressed by HW. Maybe De Bethune comes with something nice that fits the budget this year.
