Assuming they don't meet in the semis. Having said that, Chelsea will give united a hard time!
Oldham Athletic or Everton v Wigan Athletic
Millwall v Blackburn Rovers
Manchester City v Barnsley
Manchester United or Reading v Middlesbrough or Chelsea
The ties will take place on the weekend of the 9 and 10 March.
Looks like a Man City V Man Utd final to me.
Only Everton to challenge in IMHO.

Happy with Millwall away, could have been worse. At least one championship team in the semi's, just hope it's the famous blue & white halves
Good draw for us (City) that one, especially with some big names still in!
Don't bank on United, the European games usually take their toll this time of the season - look at last year when they dropped their 7 point lead in the league!
Big squad, and some serious talent too, but the top names simply can't play every game - fatigue really hits them when juggling three (or more!) competitions. Knock Rooney and/or Van Persie out of their line-up and it's a different ball-game so to speak!
Signed, A hopeful MCFC fan.
I'm pleased with the draw, only 90 minutes away from a trip to Wembley.
Being City, although you'd expect it to be a foregone conclusion, there's usually a twist.
With a bit of luck the last Q/F will be between Middlesbrough and Reading.
I'm hoping Oldham can take a win away from Goodison Park. Even though they'd have knocked out two big teams, I'd rather have Wigan play them than Everton.
Basically, I hope Wigan can keep going!
As an Everton fan I'm quite pleased with the draw. I'm hoping for a semi final trip to Wembley but we'll need to start playing better to overcome Oldham and Wigan.

Love the United bias shown here.
I believe Reading are playing tomorrow night ;)
Good to see a few City fans on here!
I'd go out on a limb and say Everton will win it this year. Don't ask me why.
And I'd prefer that any day over Chelsea or United winning it...again.
Nice to see some non prem sides still in there.
Could still be some upsets if the Oldham v Everton game was anything to go by.
Cheers,
Neil.
There seem to be a good few of us.
Let's hope we get a wembley appearance (or two) this year - can't take anything for granted of course.
But we are a long long long way from taking wembley games for granted, unlike our red nemesis.
Wembley in 2011 was truly magic. First and second time round....
Time to reminisce.....turn up the volume and enjoy the memories fellow blues..
