Sometimes folks ask why does the Pelagos costs so much compared to some other watches? The answer lies in your photos. Flawless execution of a beautiful design.

Nice macro work, Nikon or Canon? if Canon was this the 180mm f3.5 macro or another lens with extension tubes? Like your use of light and depth of field too, depth of field is so shallow at this distance you must have been on a tripod with f8.0+...

    Thanks for comments.

For macro i use Nikkor AF Micro 60 mm f/2.8D which is fantastic lens but i think not the easiest to take a quick pictures. This lens also likes tripod which i find hard to use for macro.

For the rainy pictures i also used Nikkor AF-S DX 18-105 mm f/3.5-5.6 VR ED.

    Lovely shots.

Do you have any more "side on" as opposed to "face on" wrist shots with the bracelet fitted please?

The case & lugs look very flat as opposed to curved to the wrist & I was wondering how it sits.

    Thanks in advance.

Nice pics, the watch looks great. The clasp is a particularly interesting feat of engineering.

This is a great looking watch, love the mix of modern and retro. I have seen one (out in Singapore at the mo) but didn't notice the price. How much?

There are some amazing shots here, I particularly like the lume shot. The Pelagos is now top of my wish list.
