    Jo Siffert watches... Thoughts?

I think these are a bit lackluster and are just playing on the name of a legendary racing driver. Pretty generic styling/cases and not particularly cheap (although cheaper and more features than the Ball BMWs I guess).

The Endurance... The cities aren't for world time etc, they're just races won by Jo Siffert I think...

The serie 22... Bordering on tacky?...

Not for me , complete tragedy to use the name of a great racing driver.

That was my first thought too, but thinking about it, its really no worse that all the Senna memorabilia, or T-shirts in memory of Steve McQueen etc. As long as its endorsed by Seppi's family, then I don't have a problem with it.

The watches are horrible, (I don't get the carbon fibre thing?), but I do like their T-shirt and jacket, would look kinda cool when I wear my Heuer Siffert.

It amazes me how people can be getting paid to design watches... and come up with something as fugly.

The ford GT 40 colour scheme on the endurance is the only appealing feature of both designs.

It's the Gulf racing colour scheme. Ford GT40's were raced in a variety of liveries.

And both watches are a travesty and a shoddy attempt to cash in on the memory of a fine driver who, let's not forget, played an important part in the popularisation of Heuer watches - he became a sort of "Heuer enabler" in the paddocks of Formula 1 and sportscar races, and was so successful that in the early 1970's it was unusual to see a top-line driver not wearing a Heuer.
