11 brands in total - with about 70% of my collection from 4 brands.
For me and swapping a lot of the collection out over 2 years, I am back to the same numbers on Rolex again, how did that happen!!
Rolex - 4
Sinn - 1
Cartier - 1
IWC - 1

3 years on and I let a few Omegas go, finally managed to get the Dornbluth, and a Grand Seiko
Omega - 12
Tudor - 1
IWC - 1
Bremont - 1
Seiko - 2
Dornbluth - 1
A few more Omega's are going to go, along with the Bremont, and want to add an Oysterquartz. Finding less and less new/old watches tempt me these days and am very content with the ones I have.
Would still like a Zenith, but the A386 don't come cheap and the TV El Primero is probably a tad big for me.
22 Brands, most of them from the great 3 from Japan: Seiko, Citizen and Casio. All of them in the affordable class. No RMW's here.

Off the top of my head:

And another couple of micro-brands I think...
Two brands. For mechanical. Rolex Day-Date and Cellini Prince; for quartz, Grand Seiko. My ambition is to go no further, but it's not so easy.
I often find myself hooked on a brand and then immediately follow up a purchase with another from the same brand. Happened with Tudor and likely to now happen with Nomos, after being very impressed with my Orion.
