I got reticent when I got put on the spot, you should be too....
I would pass as they are becoming more available and prices will drop especially if money is tight. There will always be another especially across in Europe there are many to be had for that or less.
Hey Adam. My vote is to hold off, as 2k is a fair chunk of change (especially with a baby to look after!) I also think that prices will drop as more come onto the market.
I know where your coming from though - I to have been bitten by the Tudor bug! For me it's the Pelagos (although I'd take a Black Bay if someone wanted to give me one!)
Its a decent price based on looking at Chrono24 but you should be able to pick up a second hand one in 6-12 months more cheaply.
I've passed but left it open... (but I think it'll sell today anyway)
I've got my friendly German AD getting me a quote & there's always the leather one from iconic (+ i'm sure they could get me SS)
also, I agree - people are gonna start flipping 'em during 2013 and that'll be where the true deal will be....
thanks everyone
yup, sold this morning (& not to me)
i'll stop agonising about it now ;)
