Thread: LV in the wild

    LV in the wild

Went to see Skyfall last night, a bit underwelmed by it actually as its different to the others. Well went for a bite to eat afterwards and as soon as I sat down spotted a gent sitting about arm's length diagonally to my left wearing a Sub. Thought it was a Sub C at first but after a few more casual glances noticed the green bezel and black dial, a Sub LV in the wild! That was it couldn't stop glancing at it for the rest of the evening. Now I REALLY want one! I would have asked him for a closer look if I wasn't with the other half.

Well, if you want one you'll find there's plenty about........
some of the dealers are silly price for an LV but
they ain't hard to source at a good price on the forums

I have more misgivings about selling my LV(s) than in respect of any other watch.

    LV in the wild

Mine is on today, and I am seeing Skyfall tonight, not that there is any connection as I prob should get my PO on instead ;)

I was in bluewater today and saw a few regular subs, when I wear my lv sub I do feel it's that little bit more special. Oh and I've only ever seen one lv in the wild against hundreds of normal subs.

I've worn mine with a standard black bezel insert for the last couple of years. Seeing this thread, I think i'll put the green back on. It will feel like a new watch again.

I have sold more LV's than any other watch. I wish I still had them all :(

I've never seen one in the wild - which is part of the reason I got this one...

I was at a wedding this weekend and the groom was wearing an LV.

I spent the day watch-less after lending it to him since he'd been planning on wearing his battered G-Shock.

It's my latest arrival too (3 months), I'm still in the baby-ing phase and I've only worn it a couple of times....

I've been wearing different sea-dwellers for the last 9 years but I instantly fell in love with the maxi dial on this
