Owned one and it's a great bit of kit! Fantastic stopwatch function, great bracelet and rubber strap that smells of vanilla! Looks fantastic on a black GasGasBones strap as well!
    Congrats and enjoy!

He's right! I described it to him as a Tag Skunkworks production, it's just not from the normal Tag lot. Enjoy it Murph, if my circumstances were different you'd have not got your mits on it :)

Had one of these and enjoyed it very much, especially the central minute-counter. Nice lume as well. Quite heavy though, and the crown had a tendency of digging into my wrist (its placed low on the case, protruding under it a bit). Ended up trading it, but a nice watch overall. Enjoy!

My solution for the low crown issue:

As a result it's back in the weekly rotation.

Think I've had three at various points. Wear really well even on small wrists and I guess I was one of the lucky ones who didn't have any issues with the crown.

They are built like the proverbial........

Crown is fine for me too.

I guess if I wore it loose it may dig in a bit. But I wear my watches fitted.

Congratulations! I've had two of those and I do love the looks and the functioning. Positioning of the crown due the Dubois-Depraz module was the only real turn-off for me.

Huge congrats to you! I rather fancied this one myself, but I have pushed my luck with Mrs B with the JLC purchase lol. It looks fab, enjoy.

The watch is built like a tank, if only Tag could produce a updated model they would have a clear winner.

I sadly sold mine on some time ago.

    THAG 222g with Bracelet fitted
    Herc 215g integrated bracelet

WOW ! Considering the THAG looks quite a bit smaller.

Congratulations. A beast of a watch and superbly built. Wear mine on a Nato to avoid the crown digging in!

Well - the configuration of this model makes it look like a Lemania 5100 turned through 90 degrees - and if that's the base for the chrono the normal setup allows for day and date. So I can't understand why TAG would remove it for this model. It's not like it causes great confusion.

Other than that, I can see the appeal of the watch.

Great watch and one of the beat modern dive chronogrphs for sure.
But micro adjustment of the bracelet should have been part of the design. The heft and crown location makes it a bit of a lottery if it will wear ok, especially if your wrists tend to vary in size.
The rubber strap is good though.
