That's what I've been looking at but not seen any of the 3570 posted in the uk for the right price in the right condition.

Pre-Owned Moonwatch also sounds favourite to me!

How about smaller watches? Say 38mm or so?

What size are you looking for?

I reckon that Sinn probably have the best range in that price bracket.

I think that the 103, 203, 358 and the Financial district chronographs all look super. I'm sure you'd find all of them bar maybe the Financial District one on your budget (although there is a 6000 on a bracelet on ebay at the moment currently at $1,000 dollars - don't know anything about the seller and thought the GMT/second hand should be white?)

If you like the 103, then Ollech & Wajs do quite a similar chrono for less money more into Hamilton territory

They're more expensive than Stowas, but all built in limited numbers I think -very nice watches. I would also love to own one the einzingers

Or if you wanted a more dressy style, I tried one of these on a couple of months ago and really liked. I think it was €2,000 new in the airport I was in

he's in for a shock when it sells then, he didn't add a BIN price because of the listing cost, i think he needs to check out the selling fee. always higher selling fee's on bidding rather than a BIN price.

Forgot about N.B Yaeger, which have some nice looking chronos with 7750 movements. From www.nbyaeger.de it's about €1300 new

Good call. I looked at one of these on Saturday. Nice looking watch with a fantastic movement. They currently retail at £2080 I believe. 20% discount should be easy to find at the least which brings it down to a nice price.

    Definitely +1 for the above.

Not a huge fan of chronos but that is gorgeous. Nice touch suggesting a nb yaeger as I'd never heard of them before and am thinking I've missed a trick
