Ok guys, here's the results you've all been waiting for (all 15 people who voted anyway). In reverse order:
4. With no votes (how could you) the Omega Constillation integrated.
3. With 1 vote from Griswold (obviously a man of taste) the Breitling Valjour 7733 from 1971.
2. Joint second with 4 votes each the Kienzle atlantis and the Orsa ProDiver.
And so the winner is, with a total of 5 votes, the Ollech & Wajs Mirage.
The contenders
The winner
Many thanks to all who voted, hopefully you'll enjoy the pics. From a personal perspective I've learnt that it's a lot harder to photograph black dialled watches and make them eye catching. For the losers, don't despair, I'm sure that when time permits I'll be attempting to photograph all my watches.
As ever all comments/tips are gratefully received.
Cheers
Gary

Very good pictues of a rather nice watch. :)
Thanks for posting Gary (even though it wasn't the Breitling).
Best Regards - Peter
I'd hate to be with you when you're on your own.
Isn't the Mirage actually a rebadged Bell & Ross?

Whole chunks of my life come under the heading "it seemed like a good idea at the time".
Nice shots again, Gary!

Skating away on the thin ice of a new day
I have heard that too. I'm not sure though. The story I had heard was that the original one was, but that doesn't explain the subsequent newer models. Gary's is the new Mirage III Mk2 (cleaner dial with no numerals) - mine is the earlier Mirage III:Originally Posted by swanbourne
There are several earlier models too, with acrylic crystals.
Not too sure about that, the nearest I can find is the Bell & Ross M1 but the case design is noticeably different. Some models have crown guards, the case profile is much slimmer but with a domed case back, the bezel is wider and the day/date wheel is black.Isn't the Mirage actually a rebadged Bell & Ross?

Oh, and I nearly forgot the movement is a Lemania 5100 not a Valjoux 7750, although I'm not sure whether that's true for all models. There could be a different B & R of course, in which case just ignore me.
Anyway I prefer my O&W, much cleaner and more legible, but then I would say that  .

Bitching returning customer claim: I won, too, but I'm not satified yet :D
I really like the piccies, but the dim light hides the polish (I think). More light, baby. Put it in the open, please. 8)
