Let's give this dweller the life it deserves...

I've decided to simply wear and enjoy my newly purchased NIB V-Serial SD...

No matter what some collectors think, watches are meant to be worn. I sized it yesterday, put all the accessories in the box and slapped it on :)...

I like to think I'm a bit of a Seadweller myself. When I was young and didn't have a job it was common for us to spend 6-8 hours a day in the sea, during summer months when we had no school. I don't mean sunbathing either, but swimming, diving, snorkelling, spear fishing etc...

Honestly, in the evenings, being dry felt almost unnatural...god how I miss those days :(. Now will have to wait for a day off to go for a nice dive!

Anyway this baby is gonna be slapped on a Nato and will come diving with me this weekend :)...

I'm from the same stable... the sub gets worn and wet. The GMT II gets worn and, when I finally get it pressure tested, will also be getting very wet.

Both are accumulating a few memories (battle scars).

    I can't enjoy a watch if it's sitting in a safe!

Quite right, my AT 3548 has also been worn during my holiday and has some tales to tell too. The only time it was swapped for my g-shock was when copious amounts of sand castle making were planned. 8)

Good for you! Life is too short and a wonderful watch like that should be enjoyed to the max.

    Totally agree with you mate!
What's the point of having it if you can't enjoy it? Have fun

Nice one and all it needs now is a few dings and scratches and you want to ever put it back in the box again!
