    Windows 7 backup alternatives

Anyone use it? Been using it with no problems for a few months but has just decided to not work. Have researched and tried the various fixes to no avail

Any decent free alternatives (Easeus todo pops up a lot in searches)?

You intend to backup OS or data inside?

I use Macrium Reflect and backup drives daily to my NAS. Works well for me (and I have restored a backup).

Much prefer it to others I've tried (Norton, Microsoft etc). Think it's about £30 for personal version.

Not free, but I have used Acronis for some years now to back up my computers and it has saved me grief on several occasions.

If its just files you are backing up then you could try sync folder or download sync toy.

Acronis True Image for me. Easy to setup and then just forget about it. I backup my whole PC and then it does incremental's once a week. Saved my bacon once transferring everything to a brand new PC no bother.
